Cancellation policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment. Legitimate emergencies of some sort will be taken into consideration.

Privacy notice - NB: Please read through this.

Your privacy is taken seriously and your personal information provided here is never shared publicly. During sessions I do use the Google Meet recording and transcription service (read their privacy info here) which you have access to after each meeting so you can revisit each session as and when you wish to. This complete recording of data has proven to be invaluable for my clients.

A tiny minority of clients request that sessions are not recorded but in every case have requested a summary of our sessions deep into our work. Being time intensive it constitutes an additional service and does not form part of the original sessions or what I offer, so I do not provide this as I always offer this option via Google meet record and transcribe from the outset of our work.
