Coaching Agreement

Dear Enrollee,

Please read below the terms for this 200% partnership, and sign if you are in agreement.

Please understand that coaching is a 200% partnership, as to create the life and business you want, we both need to be 100% committed.

If you have any questions, or hesitations about being ALL IN, please let me know.

As a Coach I hold myself to the code of ethical practice established by the International Coach Federation (ICF): https://coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics .

My intention is to show up with kindness, care and as my best professional self throughout our journey together and I would request the same in return.

My focus and intention is that you as a Client are able to truly flourish and achieve all that you are truly capable of, and I will do all I am able to in order to facilitate that outcome.

If you have no further questions, then I am incredibly excited to get started on this journey with you.

I commit to creating the appropriate time required between sessions to reflect and take action.

I commit to generating and sustaining the energy that is required while we’re working together.

I will come prepared to every session. I will be punctual, and if I need to alter or cancel a session, I will give at least 24 hours notice. Any less than that, I understand it will count as a session.

I understand that confidentiality is assured unless I share information that is harmful to myself or other people / persons.

I hereby give permission for my coach to keep written information about me for the duration of our coaching partnership.
